By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the NiniTV mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to use NiniTV only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

  • Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit video content without proper authorization.

  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access controls.

  • Interfere with the security, functionality, or infrastructure of the Application.

  • Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Application if these terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, user interface designs, and original content associated with NiniTV are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Video content available through NiniTV may be owned by NiniTV, its licensors, or other authorized content providers.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any protected content without the appropriate authorization.

All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved by their respective owners.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

NiniTV may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Where subscriptions are available:

  • Subscription prices and applicable billing terms will be displayed before purchase.

  • Payments may be processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other authorized payment providers.

  • Subscription renewal and cancellation are subject to the applicable payment provider's terms.

  • Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the relevant billing platform.

  • Refunds are subject to the applicable platform policies and legal requirements.

Access to premium content may be restricted if a subscription expires, is cancelled, or a payment fails.

7. Limitation of Liability

NiniTV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NiniTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to NiniTV if a user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in activities that may harm the Application, its users, or its services.

Users may discontinue using the Application at any time.

Account deletion requests may be submitted through the Application, where available, or by contacting our support team.

Any changes will be published within the Application or on our official website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of NiniTV after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
